About Fuzzy Loon Designs

Fuzzy Loon Designs is a family-owned, woman-owned, business located in Waite Park, Minnesota. What started as a small project in our home garage has grown into a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse and storefront where we now serve customers across the U.S., but we’re still rooted in the same values we started with: creativity, connection, and community.

We specialize in custom apparel, DTF transfers, die-cut stickers, and personalized gifts. Everything we make is designed and produced in-house by a close-knit team that takes pride in every order, whether it’s one tumbler or 1,000. Our approach is hands-on, customer-first, and relationship-driven.

Our Story

 

I’m Sarah Fitzgerald, owner, and creative at heart. I co-run Fuzzy Loon with my husband and a small but mighty team of incredible people who believe that personalized gifts can do more than just look nice, they can make people feel seen and valued.

We started this business because we saw how meaningful it could be to take something ordinary, a shirt, a sticker, a tumbler and make it personal. Early on, we made shirts for fire departments and family reunions. Then we started adding local gift items, quirky sticker packs, and now large-scale custom orders for organizations that want to give something truly thoughtful.

We’ve grown because of the people we serve. We build real connections with our customers, learn what matters to them, and then create products that reflect those values. We also invest in our community by supporting local nonprofits, participating in fundraisers, and donating customized items for causes we believe in.
