Free Shipping Policy, Shipping Policy, and Exclusions
FREE SHIPPING QUALIFICATIONS
- Order that qualify for free standard shipping with a promotion or coupon code will only quality to ship to the contiguous 48 US states.
- Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for free shipping
- Large or Heavy orders will typically be shipped via Ground (UPS, GSO or USPS) if you would like priority shipping please pay for it.
- Heavy or dimensional over sized items (like but not limited to: metal tumblers, pillows, wood signs, bath boards, ceramic or glass items) may be excluded from free shipping promotions, if your item is disqualified from free shipping you will see the total calculate any your cart at checkout.
- Qualifying orders must select free shipping at checkout or use the special/code in order to receive promotion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- We currently only ship to USA and Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on weight of items purchased and shipping address.
- You are responsible for non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees. Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
- We are not responsibly for any fees, tariffs or customs fees incurred upon delivery. Many Countries impose a customs fee which can be charged at ANY time. While we rarely see this happen it is possible for you to have to pay those fees before they release your order to you.
- Depending on location we cannot guarantee how long items take to ship.
PROCESSING TIME
- Fuzzy Loon Designs knows that when you place your order you want the product as quickly and efficiently as possible. When selecting shipping please allow us UP TO 8 weeks to process and make your order.
- Then please allow more time for shipping (based on the shipping rate you chose). The majority of product will ship within 5-7 business days, but we are a home based small business and especially during busy holidays and peak seasons it may take us longer to complete your items. Example: Average processing time is 5 business days. If you select priority 3 day service for shipping please allow us 8-10 days for your items to arrive.
- All products will display the availability upon choosing size, color or vehicle fitment etc. on the product page. Items that show in stock we will have on hand. There are cases where our stock is incorrect and we may have to order more stock, or it may not be available. If this happens we will contact you via e-mail or phone (depending which you list on your customer profile).
Of course if you have questions on the availability of a product or need an item sooner, please give us a call and our experts will help you determine the quickest, most efficient way to get your product.
CLOTHING
- Because of the large variety and options with clothing, we do not keep all sizes and colors on hand.
- Most times when you place your order with us, if we are printing it in house we need to order the clothing item to be printed. This takes at least 3-4 days, prior to us processing your order.
- We do work with a partner who does printing for us. Processing for those clothing items is typically 3-5 business days and another 5-7 for shipping.
SHIPPING POLICY
- We cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.
- We occasionally have printing partners help us fulfill orders. This could cause your order to arrive in separate packages. Detailed shipment dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at time of order.
- We will do our best to insure you receive your product as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.
- Some item will show in stock but will need a few extra day to process. This is normally due to a product that needs to be custom designs, personalized or is not available for contact. Please note: If you choose an expedited shipping method this will not speed up the processing time and the shipment will be shipped as requested.
- Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout or use the special/code in order to receive promotion. We will not give a refund for shipping if you forget to do this.We ship through USPS, Fedex and UPS. Once we ship an item we lose control over the time it takes them to deliver. If for some reason the order is taking extremely long we can work with the shipping company to get a refund or solution on the shipping.
- To change your shipping address please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped we can often change it. If it is shipped to the wrong address we cannot replace lost or missing items. If the order is returned to us we can reship it to you at your expense.
- Items that qualify for a free shipping promotion will be shipped in the cheapest postage possible, often meaning they are shipping ground.
