How to Use UV-DTF Decals:
UV-DTF prints are different from heat-pressed fabric transfers. These are stick-on decals (industry often calls them UV DTF transfers or UV decals). They’re designed for smooth, hard surfaces such as tumblers, cups, glass, ceramics, plastics, and more.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please consider this turnaround time when placing your orders.
Application Steps:
-
Prepare the surface: Clean the item with rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner and let it dry completely. (do not use on wet surfaces)
-
Cut & position: Trim around your design as needed.
-
Peel backing (A film): Slowly peel the bottom clear backing layer away, leaving the design attached to the clear transfer film.
-
Apply to surface: Place the design onto your item, starting from one side to avoid bubbles. Use a squeegee or firm card to press it down smoothly and rub the design to make sure it is firmly attached.
-
Remove top film (B film): Carefully peel away the clear film, leaving the cured UV ink design adhered to your item.
Tips:
-
Apply only to smooth, hard surfaces (not fabric).
-
Hand-wash items only.
-
Test small designs first if you’re new to UV-DTF.
