• Standard production: 1–3 business days, the same great service you know and love.
• Most orders placed before 12 PM CST Monday–Friday are printed the same day, depending on order size and daily production volume
• Guaranteed Same-Day Production is available for qualifying orders placed before 12 PM CST Monday–Friday
• Large orders (6+ gang sheets) may require additional production time
• Local pickup is available in Waite Park, Minnesota Monday–Saturday during regular store hours

- Press at 330°F, medium pressure, 15 seconds
- Hot peel
- Cover with a T-shirt or parchment and repress for a softer finish
What’s the difference between DTF and UV DTF transfers?
DTF transfers are designed for apparel and fabric items like t-shirts, hoodies, and bags. UV DTF is a peel-and-stick transfer made for hard surfaces such as tumblers, glass, bottles, acrylic, and other rigid items.

What Is UV DTF?
UV DTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) is a peel-and-stick transfer made for hard, smooth surfaces like glass, plastic, acrylic, and metal. Unlike traditional heat transfer DTF used on apparel, UV DTF does not require a heat press and is not intended for fabric use.
Each transfer is printed with premium UV-cured ink, producing a vibrant, semi-permanent decal that adheres easily and resists light wear and water. (Hand-wash only. Not rated for outdoor use.)

Our UV DTF Gang Sheets are printed in-house at our Waite Park, MN shop using premium UV DTF film and vibrant, long-lasting inks. Sized at 11" wide and up to 60" long, these sheets are ideal for batching multiple designs, cup wraps, or label-style decals for resale.

Processing Time:
Most gang sheets are printed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

How to Apply UV DTF Transfers (No Heat Press Needed):

Clean your surface with soap and water or glass cleaner. Let it dry fully. (Avoid alcohol or acetone-based cleaners.)

Cut and position your design if needed.

Peel the backing film away from the clear transfer film, leaving the ink attached to the top layer.

Place on your item, pressing firmly from the center out. Use a squeegee or a firm card to apply even pressure.

Peel off the top film slowly at an angle.

Smooth it down again with your fingers to ensure full adhesion.
