Bring your designs to life with our fully customizable DTF (Direct to Film) gang sheets for soft textiles, printed in-house at our Waite Park, Minnesota shop. Each sheet is 22" wide and up to 144" long, perfect for crafters, small businesses, apparel brands, and makers who need bold, professional-quality transfers — fast.

  • Premium Printing Included: We now use our upgraded 8-color + white process on all sheets for brighter colors, smoother gradients, and 20% more color range, at no extra cost.

  • Consistent Quality: Standard is available only if you need to match previous orders.

  • Fast Turnaround: Typical production is 1–2 business days. Most orders placed before noon (CST) ship same day or are ready for pick up at our Central Minnesota (St.Cloud Area) store before we close (Monday-Friday).

📁 File Setup Requirements

  • Upload PNG files at sRGB  color mode for the most accurate color results.

  • PDFs are no longer accepted because they may contain embedded color profiles that shift colors in the uploader.

  • Double-check placement, size, and spacing before submitting, we do not review artwork prior to printing.

  • Ensure all boxes are green in the uploader tool before submitting.

⚙️ How to Press (Instructions included with each order)

  1. Pre-press your garment to remove moisture.

  2. Press: 330°F, medium pressure, 15 sec.

  3. Peel: Hot peel 

  4. Finish: Cover with a T-shirt and repress for a softer feel.

🕐 Production & Shipping Info

  • Orders are printed within 1–3 business days.

  • Website delivery times reflect average turnaround — with rush, you can remove 1 –3 business days from the estimated window.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM CST with a rush upgrade are prioritized for same-day printing.

  • UPS pickup: 3–4:30 PM. USPS: next-day shipping.

     

     

💡 Pro Tip: If you need next-day delivery, order before 12 PM CST, select Same-Day Production, and choose UPS Next Day Air at checkout.
