3. Artwork & Digitizing

We’ll review your logo and prepare it for embroidery. If your design needs to be digitized, we’ll take care of that as part of getting your project ready for production.

4. Approve Your Project

We’ll confirm the details of your order before production.

5. We Embroider It

Your order is embroidered at our Waite Park, Minnesota production facility.

6. Pickup or Shipping

Pick up your completed order locally or have it shipped directly to you.


Custom Embroidery FAQ

How much does custom embroidery cost?

Embroidery pricing depends on several factors, including the garment, quantity, design size, stitch count and embroidery location. Because every project is different, we provide custom quotes rather than using one flat price.

Send us your logo and project information and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Do you have a minimum order for embroidery?

Contact us with the quantity you need. We work with projects of different sizes and can help determine the best option for your order.

Can you embroider my business logo?

Yes. Business logo embroidery is one of the most common types of embroidery we produce. Send us your logo and we’ll review it for embroidery.

What does digitizing mean?

An image file such as a PNG, JPG, PDF or vector logo cannot simply be sent directly to an embroidery machine. The artwork must first be converted into an embroidery file that determines stitch direction, stitch type, density and other information.

This process is called embroidery digitizing.

Can you embroider hats?

Yes. We offer custom hat embroidery and can help you select hats that work well with your logo and desired embroidery placement.

What file type should I send?

Send us the best-quality version of your logo that you have. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or SVG is preferred when available, but don’t worry if you aren’t sure what type of file you have. We’ll review your artwork and let you know what we need.

How long does custom embroidery take?

Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of your project, garment availability and our current production schedule. Let us know if you have a specific deadline when requesting your quote.
