Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fuzzy Loon Designs.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed typically within 10-14 business days. During peak season or in the event of a viral social media post these times may be drastically changed. In the event that our turn around times change we will notify by email and/or text as well on social media channels of the change. In the event of not meeting out shipping times and your items have not shipped, we will offer a full refund on your order. Orders may not ship on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed more than normal. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once we ship the items, shipping times are out of our hands and we cannot control the speed it ships. We will work with you to get updated information from the carrier.

We will ship to:
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active immediately but will update when the carrier company. If your order is marked delivered we will not reship the package you will need to file a claim with the delivery service.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Fuzzy Loon Designs​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Fuzzy Loon Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We can help you file a claim but we are unable to do so.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
